I recently purchased a home that had been somewhat neglected and, being close to 20 years old, I knew the HVAC would need to be replaced. I wanted to be proactive rather than waiting for something to go, so I contacted Pro Energy as well as two other contractors for estimates. Pro Energy was the first to respond and came out on a Friday and provided a quote immediately, but I needed to get other quotes. By the following Tuesday I had three quotes, with Pro Energy providing the best price. I called them to give the go-ahead, and they scheduled the project for that Friday. Friday the team was here first thing in the morning, worked throughout the day and finished up, always being very courteous and respectful of walking through the house, etc., even when I told them to relax—said, no, that was part of their service. So from one Friday to the next, the project was totally completed! Great team—great service!
